ILLUMINA HiSeq 2500 v4 DNA Sequencer
The Illumina HiSeq 2500 v4 has become the undisputed powerhouse of Illumina sequencing systems for high-throughput sequencing applications. To date, millions of samples have been sequenced and thousands of papers have been published utilizing Illumina sequencing technology. With unrivaled data quality, flexible run configurations, and a 10 gigabase (Gb) to 1 terabase (Tb) per run capacity, the HiSeq 2500 has become the production platform of choice for all major Genome Centers and leading institutions around the world.
The HiSeq 2500 System delivers the highest daily throughput and total yield of any individually sold sequencer on the market today. With a massive daily throughput of 160 Gb per day or 1 Tb per run, more samples can be simultaneously sequenced at a greater depth than ever before—producing richer, more meaningful data. Large studies can be completed with reduced hands-on time and reagent cost. In high output mode, the HiSeq 2500 System can process 8 human genomes at 30× coverage or 150 human exomes, assuming 4 Gb per exome at 2 × 75 bp, per run. The HiSeq 2500 System, in high-output mode, is perfect for production scale projects with large genome sizes or studies with hundreds of samples.

The Biotek ELx405 microplate washers are both efficient and space conscious in all lab settings. The BiotekELx405 platewasher features a patented dual-action manifold to ensure fast operating time and overall cleaning efficiency. Contrary to its small size, the ELx405 plate washer series comes fully loaded with an array of preprogrammed plate washer settings to guarantee optimal performance no matter the microplate type. Among these programs, the ELx405 also employs unique AutoPrime and AutoRinse functions for both speedy maintenance and quick prep times. This Biotek ELx405 microplate washer is in excellent condition and is tested to perform at factory specifications by our technical team at ALE. ILLUMINA NextSeq DNA Sequencer
A transformative addition to the industry-leading Illumina next-generation sequencing (NGS) system portfolio, the NextSeq Series of systems delivers the power of high-throughput sequencing with the simplicity of a desktop sequencer. Its fast, integrated, sample-to-results workflow enables rapid sequencing of exomes, targeted panels, and transcriptomes in a single run, with the flexibility to switch to lower-throughput sequencing as needed. The systems fit seamlessly into research laboratories, with no need for specialized equipment. Illumina scientists are available at every point along the way with support and guidance, enabling researchers to focus on making the next breakthrough discovery.
The intuitive user interface and load-and-go operation enable researchers to perform more sequencing applications at the highest depth and resolution. It takes less than 10 minutes to load and set up a NextSeq System. While other platforms require several pieces of specialized equipment, the NextSeq Series integrates cluster generation and sequencing into a single instrument and offers a seamless transition for onsite or cloud-based data analysis. After preparation using a simple, streamlined Illumina library prep kit, libraries are loaded into a NextSeq System where sequencing is automated and fast. Data are generated in as little as 12 hours for a 75-cycle sequencing run and less than 30 hours for paired 150-cycle reads. By employing the Illumina industry-leading sequencing by synthesis (SBS) chemistry and file format conventions, the NextSeq Series offers customers access to the broadest ecosystem of established protocols, workflows, data sets, and data analysis tools
AGILENT Velocity11 Vspin Centrifuge
The Agilent Microplate Centrifuge is a small robot-accessible automated centrifuge. It also provides both vibration and noise control in a small, low-maintenance package. Ideal for high or medium-throughput applications. The Microplate Centrifuge is capable of rapid acceleration and deceleration (a customizable setting), minimizing the required cycle time. It is excellent for filtration protocols, air bubble removal in high-density microplates and spin-downs including cells and cellular debris. A solid and efficient design allows Microplate Centrifuge units to be stacked to save space. The door design allows for access to the buckets by a range of articulated robots, for high throughput applications. For robots that cannot reach through the door, the Automated Centrifuge Loader allows unobstructed accessibility. With a three second loading time and robust motion control, the Automated Centrifuge Loader can be accessed by most laboratory microplate handlers/robots.

LABCYTE Echo 555 Liquid Handler
The Echo 555 Liquid Handler has the speed and flexibility required for a screening lab.
